Climatisation Polaire - Campagne numérique

Polar Air Conditioning - Digital Campaign

When a brand chooses credibility & notoriety.

Climatisation Polaire needed the market to recognize them for what they truly are: a serious, structured Quebecois company, recommended by CAA-Quebec, a CMMTQ member, and an Energir partner. A team of qualified technicians who do the job right, from the first call to the final installation. DFuse's mandate was clear: to translate this reality into video content that inspires trust even before the first contact.

A project led by Pierre Bouvier.

This mandate was managed from start to finish by Pierre Bouvier, DFuse's project manager. From planning the shoot to coordinating the casting, including on-site logistics and directing on set. Pierre ensured the entire workflow so that the production day ran with precision and efficiency.

The narrative structure — a day in the life of Climatisation Polaire.

Rather than filming a traditional commercial, we chose to tell the company's story from the inside. The garage at sunrise, the trucks lined up, technicians equipping themselves, doors slamming shut. The reception and offices, files being prepared, the organization behind each intervention. The arrival at the client's home, the Climatisation Polaire truck in front of the house, the handshake, the explanation of the connected system, the satisfied client in front of a clean and tidy installation.

A notoriety video that shows what a technical sheet can never show: the human element, professionalism, and the pride of a job well done.

The photos — 30 strategic deliverables.

In parallel with the video, a complete photo shot list of 30 images was produced, from the garage to the thermostat, including on-site portraits, equipment beauty shots, client moments, and branding visuals. Content designed to feed Climatisation Polaire's website, social media, digital advertising campaigns, and recruitment materials for the coming years.

Three productions in one day.

Notoriety video, Daikin product video, and HR recruitment video—three distinct storyboards, three different objectives, one coordinated shooting day. This is DFuse's operational efficiency applied to an SME mandate: maximizing the value of every hour spent in the field.

What this project demonstrates.

Not all companies need aggressive advertising. Some need to show who they are with clarity, with pride, with a visual rendering that matches their reputation. This is exactly what DFuse delivered for Climatisation Polaire.
